Can I buy from Theparisianknits.com and save my pattern to my Ravelry library? Theparisianknits.com and Ravelry are not connected. If you would like your purchase to remain in your Ravelry library, you must order the pattern through the Ravelry site.
Are The Parisian Knits patterns available in other languages? Most patterns are available in French and English. The available languages are listed in the pattern details.
I lost my PDF link containing the pattern. We only provide one shipment at the time of purchase.
May I return my order ?
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Given the nature of PDF downloads, no refunds can be made after ordering.
Returned items must be intact, complete, in perfect condition for resale, and in their original packaging. Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, we will not be able to refund the order, and the buyer must file a complaint directly with their carrier.
